Today we live in a society where advertising increasingly affects us all. It affects us to buy more things, regardless you like it or not. From my point of view I could say that advertising decide what we eat, how we look,etc…

Nowadays when we see something on advertise on television, we go out and buy it thinking that it is exactly as advertisement said it is. Even if something is good, it is often better on advertising. For this reason I believe that advertising influenced to us to buy things that we see on television.

The advertising affect to young people more than we think. There are advertisement for everything. Many times it’s showing pretty and thin models representing the product as we look at advertising. When teenagers buy it, and it is not as creative shows, they feel cheated.                      On the one hand I agree with the advertisement because has a positive part due tue the advertising is that informs us about new products that are on offer, but may still be good. Something else that is positive with advertising is that it can be used for some useful stuff too.

On the other hand I think that there may be negative advertising that often gives us the wrong and misleading information in relation to what they had imagined. Something that is displayed on the advertisement, is one form or another, may even be harmful products. In this composition we had related adverts with young people/teenagers but I am going to talk also about children because I think that they are specially influenced by advertising. For example when children see a nice toy car on television, and think that it was big and nice. They just must have it! So they want the car for their birthday or Christmas and are disappointed when they see that it is not as it was shown/seen in the advertisements. Now it is much smaller. The commercials make things appear larger than in it really is. For this reason the advertisements related with young people or in this case with children is negative.

To conclude , I think that adverts have positive and negative part and in society of nowadays influence a lot to people because usually we are seeing advertisements on television ,advertising banner or in storefronts where shops and commercials are always trying to sell a product and encourage people to buy this using their publicity tricks.

Introduction and conclusion

This essay was done on the seven wonders of the world. It´s helped me to gain knowledge on the countries where they are, and I´d like to add that it´s a very interesting subject to research on. Each one of the places presented in this essay has a lot of interesting history, and I think this helps us to learn and understand about these places. I think that this topic should be emphasized more so that people can find out about what they´re missing.

This was a very interesting essay to do, I´ve learnt a lot about different cultures and now feel comfortable speaking to other people about what I´ve learnt. We didn´t know much about this topic, only what appears in the media every now and then. I highly recommend other people to do this sort of work and gain knowledge on something they knew very little about.

Society should stop treating addicts like bad people, and start helping them to overcome their problem. 

Complex problem and solution

Todays society suffers from a vast amount of problems, in my opinion one of the most serious ones is pedophilia. This problem has multiple solutions that aren´t put into practice nearly as much as they should be.

The first solution that comes to mind is to reform the justice system and make the punishments more severe. At the moment downloading a normal film illegally from the internet is considered a worse crime than downloading pedophilic material, and this is something I can´t consider logical.

Another solution that comes to mind is to treat the criminals mentally throughout their prison time, and to carry on this treatment once they´ve been released. Pedophilia is a recognized psychiatric disorder, so it should be focused as one, like many other mental disorders such as schizophrenia.

The first solution I considered is perhaps the weakest of the two, because it only separates the individual from society for a limited amount of time. Once that time is up they´re released into normal everyday life again.  The second is a long term solution that could actually help to end the issue.

I think that the best solution is the mental treatment by far, because it offers an actual solution to these individuals problems. But for the best results I think that both solutions should be combined. 

Advantages and disadvantages of something

The prime advantage of living and working in another country is that you can indulge yourself completely in a different culture. This means you can learn about different lifestyles and learn another language or maybe just brush up on one. You can also get to know the world, by using this as a form of travelling. The disadvantages of this is that you can be far of your relatives and you won’t be able to see your best friends of the childhood or your parents. Other reason is that you would spend a lot of money renting a house or a flat to live and also in other necessary expenses.

Problem and solution of something

An issue which is seeing an increase in cases as years go by is domestic violence. Something has to be done to change this matter, it´s unacceptable that anyone is to lose their life at their partners hands. Something has to be done to stop this mass loss of lives.

The easiest solution that comes to mind is preventing the aggressive half further access to their partner when the first signs of violence begin to appear. The solution has to be in the first stages, otherwise it´ll result in being another murder case on the news. Restraining orders have to be stricter, and the punishment for breaking them should be greater. The women that suffer from these cases need extensive psychological help for them to be able to lead a normal life after such horrible events.
